Telegraph Commons is a private 120-bed dormitory that offers affordable housing to UC students and visiting scholars. Rooms are furnished and common areas include a full kitchen on each floor, as well as TV and study lounges. There are DSL outlets in all rooms, and DSL is free to residents.
